Do we have to reprogram the tags when the menu changes?
No. Each tag stores the link to your Hayde menu, not the menu itself. When you update dishes, prices or photos in Hayde, guests see the new version the next time they tap — the tags stay exactly as they are.
What about guests whose phone has no NFC?
Hayde supports NFC and QR on the same menu. Place a QR code next to each tag and guests with older devices simply scan it with their camera instead — both open the same menu in the browser, with no app to download.
