Do I need a Wi-Fi or power outlet?
NFC tags and table stands are completely passive — no power, no battery, no Wi-Fi. They work for years. The mobile kiosk tablet needs Wi-Fi and a USB-C charger.
Are the tags durable?
PVC stickers survive normal restaurant wear for 2–3 years. Embedded stand chips last 10+ years. We offer wipe-clean industrial tags for outdoor terraces and food trucks.
Can I reprogram a tag if I move locations?
Yes. NFC tags ship unlocked. With our free Hayde Writer app you can re-burn any tag from your phone — useful when a table or section moves.
What does it cost?
Tags start at €1.20 each in packs of 10. Custom-branded stands start at €18. Mobile kiosk tablets start at €240 including stand. The Hayde loyalty plan is free for the first month; after that pricing is on the pricing page.
What if a customer's phone doesn't support NFC?
Every table and bar stand carries both: the NFC chip is embedded in the base and the QR code is printed on the front. Customers with an older phone simply scan the QR code with their camera and land on the same page. The NFC tags themselves work on every modern iPhone and Android, so on phones that have NFC a single tap is all it takes.
